Susheel is an environmentally conscious jeweller, who is seeking to create more ethical and beautiful jewellery. She also works on promoting sustainability within the built environment and business, and brings this expertise and ethic to her jewellery. Currently she uses recycled metals where possible, and is intending to Fairtrade silver and gold when this becomes practical. She is also exploring where best to source the gemstones she uses.

Susheel has been making jewellery for the past 6 years, mainly using silver and gemstones. She likes to explore how she can introduce colour into her work, through stones, metals, and looking at other natural alternatives. She enjoys challenging herself in form and complexity, and is exploring more sculptural jewellery.

Susheel was one of the first emerging makers in residence at City Lit in 2013/14.

Susheel is also a member of the Keeley Street Set, all of whom completed the City and Guilds course in 2013. Click here for more information: KSS
